FCRA Amends provisions on Administrative expenses, CA certification and more.

On 31st December the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notification amending the various provisions of the FCRA Act and Rules as well as amending the reporting requirements in the Annual Return and CA Certificate. This article provides an analysis about these changes.
